Issue with a Xerox Color 550/560 Driver

Product Name: Phaser 550
Operating System: Windows 10

I'm a first time IT Help desk working at a small business that has never had a help desk before. My biggest issue is constantly this Xerox color 550-560 with Fiery Server 1.1.... Every so often The printer will print like the image above. I think its drive issue. I've downloaded the driver from the web-tool put that solution doesn't last. Any clues or suggestions?   TellTims Survey
