I cannot find the particular model of printer on the LAN here, so no screenshots will be included.

You need to get into CWIS (webpage built into the printer)

So take the IP address of the printer and put it in the address bar of whatever web browser you are currently using to read this forum.

Once the page loads select Properties > Services > Email Settings > Defaults and dig into that to find the job build enablement, I would think it is just a checkbox, but cannot confirm.

THe model is a workcentre 4260  

Section   Email Procedures

The tabs include the following

Email, Advance setting, layout adjustments, email options, Job Assembly 

Cant find any info on the last tab  Job Assembly -  When scanning for email sending I have to select Job assembly and disable it.. in order for the scan to be sent via email...  this has to be done for every email scan to work....

Email scan section of what? There are hundreds of models and different options and layouts for many.

Why is there a job assembly tab on the email scan section.  

How do you disable it??  

Users need to turn it off for every emal scan that is set...  help
