Lack of control panel options

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Is there a reason why there are limited menus available on a Phaser 8560 pulled straight out of the box? I need to manually configure the NIC on our new printers and the only option that I have after the 'Printer Setup' menu is to print a configuration page. The help manual shows several other configuration menus to choose from.

Any suggestions?
