Most likely you can, but things like that are very regional, you are best to call locally to find out. It may be that Xerox packed up and left the area to a reseller, or it may be that while the first group were purchased direct, the new ones weren't.
So sadly, you need to get this answered by phone, I'd start with whomever you purchased the new ones from.
We have our current base of 70+ Xerox MFPs leased from Xerox and we get billed from Xerox for the Lease payment and the service contract, however on some new machines we bought late last year, we now get a bill from Xerox for the leases but another bill for service contract from our xealer, we would prefer to have one bill to pay instead of two bills; is there a reason we can’t still be billed for both from Xerox?
Any insight into why we suddenly now have to have two bills instead of one would be greatly appreciated :0)
