Is there a way to limit what device functions are available to the user once they log in. We want to limit which users can make copies on the device.
You can achieve this by setting up Accounting. You can setup Xerox Standard Accounting and on a user basis set the amount of copies, scans etc..
The users you would not like to have access to a certain function then those would have minimum allowed values.
