I've tried to contact the support in Mexico and all the phone numbers told me are out of service, what can I do? I need to configure the printer and I can't
I have come to hate this printer and wish I had never bought it. I don't like having to go through Zerox to change my password. I should be able to change it without having to go through Zerox. I can't even use it now because I can't get in to change my ip address because I don't remember the password. So there it sits. And I get locked out when I try too many times to guess the password. Who's printer is it. Mine or Zerox? I don't need you to control it from your company.

Here is an article on how to change the admin password, if you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100. They will need to generate a file to reset the printer back to factory defaults.
Hi Tammy,
Thank you for your reply. Sadly the article you linked to does not provide any information other than suggesting I call support. Screenshot of the webpage below.
Is there a UK support line I can use?
thanks
Hello Steevo,
Here is an article on how to change the admin password, if you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100. They will need to generate a file to reset the printer back to factory defaults.
How do I reset it please?
When logging in I've tried the password as 1111 and the s/n but neither worked.
