Login to the copier as admin and go to Device > Tools > Network Settings > TCP/IP Settings and select Reset to defaults.
Good evening everyone,
Whilst trying to configure an Altalink c8055 to work through a firewall I mistakenly set the port HTTPS to 80, which is already the HTTP port.
Result : I can't access the web interface anymore.
I tried to reset the configuration from the copier panel but the reset options does nothing if a soft reboot of the machine.
I was wondering if anyone ran into the same situation or if someone has the knowledge on how I can get myself out of this situation.
I thought that I might have some luck connecting in SSH since it runs on linux and it'll be pretty easy to change Apache configuration directly, but I also want to try to get a clone from another c8055 and restore only the parameters I need, but once again when I plug my USB key it offers me to print from it but not to install anything. Does it need special folders to get recognized by the machine ? Does it need to have a format other that fat32 ?
I'll take any kind of advice at this point, so please hit me with knowledge
Thank you for reading and have a nice day
