We have a WorkCentre 7845 that I am struggling to get it to talk to our domain. We have several Lexmarka nd Kyocera devices on the network as well, communicating correctly with our Exchange 2013 Server.
The 7845 will only produce Login Failure. Check user password, and/or setups.
I have verified every detail of the SMTP setup against our internal records and other devices currently perfomring scan to email functionality. Multiple iterations of username/password, email addresses.
I have tried multiple user accounts including domain admin crredentials. Nothing. Is there a trick not listed in the scan to email setup post on getting these devices to communicate properly?
