Re: Loss of Web Interface after SSL on Port 465

Hi Beachwood.

Thank you for using the forum.

I have searched the product knowledge base and found a solution that shows how to enable SSL.  Maybe you can follow the same steps and unselect the radio button in the Secure HTTP (SSL) section.

You may also want to search the knowledge base for other solutions that may help.

Loss of Web Interface after SSL on Port 465

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

I made a mistake of enabling SSL under HTTP with port 465.

I have tried a factory reset on the machine itself and it still has SSL enabled under port 465.

It was after this change, that I have been unable to connect to the Xerox Workcentre 5735 web interface.

Please advise how I can disable this SSL option via the machine control panel as I have looked through all the options and do not see it, but see it when I make it print the configuration page.

Thanks!
