I would like to edit the contact info on our account. I've tried calling the 1-800 number listed (photo 3, underlined in blue) and the advisor has said they changed it but it won't take effect right away. When I check, it's still not changed. Everytime I click on the "Manage your account" link (see photo 1), I get an error page bc the link is broken. So instead, I click on the top option "Metered Supplies" which brings me to a page with a bunch of tiles. I then click on the "Address Details" tile (photo 2). This page (photo3) should allow me to edit the name and phone on the account but it won't save anything I input. Also, the sections marked with * (such as an email address) require a phone call in order to edit. When I call the number, I get shuffeled through a phone tree, transferred a couple of times, leave a message for hopefully the right person and THEN it becomes a game of phone tag. When we finally connect, the person on the other end isn't familiar with the website enough to help me change the info. I gave up months ago but I still need to get this info changed and I'm willing to try again. I just need to update the Name, phone, & email address.

When I log into my metered account, I added a user under manage users. Does the member then get their own user name and password or do they use mine. Thanks for the help
