Late to the party, but hopefully able to help another lost soul. You cannot reset a Xerox WorkCenter 3345, at least not that I can see. I'm open to being corrected...
I was able to reset the network settings by,
1) Login to Admin Mode (press the key, see manual for default creds)
2) Press the bottom-left "I" button
3) Tap Network Settings > TCP/IP Settings
4) Tap "Reset Defaults" (top bar) > Reset All
Note: DHCP is disabled by default, tap "Dynamic Addressing" and set to DHCP if you want it to pick up an IP, otherwise configure one manually though IPv4.
Those options work through the web browser. I'm not able to get in through the browser. How can I factory reset the printer manually on the printer itself.
