Measured Density Value(s) Are Below Minimum

problem resolved - simiply needed a cartridge replacement;

Creo Spire SP2 on dedicated server attached to Docucolor 260:

We are getting the following message when we do a color calibration:

"Attention - Measured Density Value(s) are below minimum Expected Density",

and then we are not able to save the calibration.

Anyone know what is causing this error message and how to fix what's wrong?
