I'm getting an error 301 code and am unable to place or view previous orders.How does one resolve this issue? I tried emailing and calling in the issue to no avail.
For a couple years I had been ordering metered supplies through xerox.com/meteredsupplies because it is a whole lot faster, more accurate, and more convenient than trying to speak to someone who does not speak English as their first language. A couple months ago this function of the website has stopped working for me. Since June or so I have only received this message:

I have sent several emails to this address and the webmaster, no response ever.
Is this feature broken for me only, or is it eternally under construction? Nothing changed on my end... I have had to go back to ordering metered supplies over the phone, but it is...hit and miss at best, I think Xerox could ditch their call center and go to online only ordering and I would miss it.
