I keep getting the following message when trying to order supplies via the xerox website:
An error has occurred. To complete the transaction, please call the Help Desk at (800) 668-0199 (prompts 1,3,3).
To help us resolve the problem, click here to send an email. Please include your serial number and contact information in the email.
I spoke to the help desk and was told the next time I signed in it would be fixed, but it has not been resolved yet.
