Metered Supplies

I am simply just trying to set a point of contact to be the person who receives emails regarding metered supplies. I feel like this is a simple request but Xerox makes you jump through so many loops. When I enter my serial number + area code in the metered supplies tab I get an error. I make the comment to customer support and they sail "call this customer service number" I call that number - they cant help me. I let the same clerk know that the number says they cannot help he says "that is the only thing I can do" well ok... so someone who doesnt even work at this place anymore is still getting emails regarding this company.....

Hello, 

I just started at my new position and I am trying to be the point of contact in which the metered supplies are delivered. I was wondering what is the best way to go about this. I called Xerox and was directed to contact the old employee and get them to delete their account and then I would then be able to put in my information but that couldnt possibly be the way to do it. I simply want to change the point of contact from her to myself with the address being the exact same. Any help is appreciated!
