We have a color 560. The metered supply part number is 006R01521 for black toner. They do not have stock. However, the part number 006R01525 is the non-metered part and is available for sale. They are identical except for the part number!! Why can't we get the 006R01525 on emergency basis?????
I have had black printer ink on back order since March and had to buy one off of Amazon. To whom do I sent the receipt to get reimbursed? I have also had a waste toner bottle on back order since mid April. If I have to buy one, I will be very unhappy. Called the phone number 1-800-822-2200 several times. Never spoke to a human. Left messages with no response.
We do use the online metered supply ordering. Not sure what I need to check out on that page
Here we are in March now and still no fuser webs. You know one thing though. The monthly invocie for the pritners sure does come in every month and is never late.
We are on a metered contract but xerox is defaulting on the contract by refusing to ship supplies. If we purchases supplies form third party where do send copies of the invoices for credit?
I have contacted the supplies department directly 5 times since January. Response is the same every time. " We have forwarded your request on to our warehouse". I have tried to escalate further but was told nothing more can be done. This can't be the solution. Our first order that was backordered for fuser webs was on Novemeber 17th 2021. 3 months and Xerox has no fuser webs to ship?
Hi grizzellk,
Please see your other post for the reply.
Unacceptable that supplies for Grange Insurance are on backorder since Novemeber 17th 2021. We have been out of fuser webs for our pritners now for a month. Tried several times to contact the metered supplies department. They tell me they have forwarded my request to the warehouse but nothing has been shipped. Tried to contact our local rep and have not recieved a repsonse, not that they could help with a supply issue. We need answers. Also out of waste ink containers which also show on back order. How do you excpect our machines to run when we get get the supplies to keep them running?
