NTP Services not working

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

So, we got the replacement device for the first B205 that went belly up (not quite DOA), and are having the devil of a time getting the date time set for the fax.  Are there any known issues or workarounds in setting up the S/NTP?  I've gone so far as to point the device at my PC for time, but no joy.  Can anyone offer a suggestion as to how to set the gorram date and time without installing an enterprise solution like CentreWare?
