you only have to setup :
ip adres
directory root , example DC=domain,dc=local if your domain = domain.local
username and password
sometimes it helps to enter username as : domain\username
I always the free tool : ldap browser
If you succesul can connect the ldap with that tool , then you can input the same settings on the machine!
