it can be done, buth only by a xerox techichian, you need to change NVM values
I work in a hospital. Our printer needs to be ready to print 24/7 - without delay. Right now our Cardio center printer goes into sleep mode and needs manual intervention in order to print spooled jobs. This is unacceptable.
The instructions for setting low-power & time-out modes are confusing - at best. This (and other departments) need to get print jobs at will.
I have tried as Admin to find a setting to keep this printer ready.
The issue is, why can I not disabe power save and have print on demand? Our cardiology staff have better things to do than having to check the printer interface to get jobs.
