Network Congestion due to multiple printing jobs sent from multiple offices in country

Product Name: AltaLink C8130 / C8135 / C8145 / C8155 / C8170 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows Server 2016 x64

Hello forum support of Xerox,

Our Company had recently bought 72 Altalinks C8130, which are connected through a main/central server using Ysoft. The end-users will be able to allow a printing job to be accessed using their id cards, meaning that multiple jobs could be hanging in the server.

The question which arise now is regarding the multiple jobs which are sent throughout the entire country locations, throught only one central server location..

Could it be any risk involving the network congestion due to many printing jobs in the same time, which can lead to latency on the network. Is there any chance that we might set the spooling location to local machines, and not going through the server? Is there any chance to create a setting in which we can send only metadata to server, and not the entire job, ensuring us of a freely network? (or does the driver / Ysoft has this option) ?

Thank you in advance, and hope to hear from you soon.

With Respect,

John C.
