Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the soltuions for the machine not completely booting up.  Also take a look at the solution for Network Controller Unavailable.  If none of these solutions help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Network controller unavailable and enablement code

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

On startup my WC 5150 gives me a "Network Controller Unavailable" message. It usually happens after the menu gets to about 75% done. 

 

If I allow it to get to the error message and select the option to contiue without network, the copier works fine. If I try to login to ADMIN,, before I receive the User name and Password request, it asks for an enablement code.????

 

I have tried the codes from several of the manuals I have but no luck. 

 

The machine only has 299 original copies on it.  It use to startup fine when I would periodically test it but now it has issues.
