I purchase a C400 model just last week. I purchased the WiFi version however the supplier did not have WiFi adapter in stock and said they would ship the printer with a cable of my choice (I chose USB-A) and ship the Wifi Adapter a few days later.
I've unpacked and tried to install the printer without any luck. Simply put, having downloadedthe drivers (I had to download as no optical drive on my MacBook so couldn't use those on the CD provided with the printer) my printer is not detected. I initially thought maybe the USB cable was faulty, so ordered another one and still nothing.
During the installation of the drivers, when the software tries to detect the printer, it gets no return and just waits.
I could really do with getting this printer up and running as work is currently at a standstill as a result.
