Not showing up in Printers and Scanners??

Product Name: VersaLink B400 Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Tried installing and uninstalling this printer a number of times. Connected via USB, installed driver from CD. If I print, it shows up in the list of printers, but it does NOT show up under Printers and Scanners? I won't let me download the latest version during the DVD install - always fails (though seemingly no problem with internet - I can download from Xerox with no issues from same computer.) Also tried installing using the downloaded 

Have tried on 2 separate computers now with same result.

Any ideas?
