I am not sure if you can stop the second email, but I did find where you can update settings HERE that may help you customize what notifications you receive.
Is there a way to turn off the second email that is sent when the alert is fixed.
Example: Paper Jam
We recieve an email with a subject "Immediate Status report <Attnetion>" Paper Jam in the body. Once the paper jam is fixed a second email is generated automatically with subject "Immediate Status Report <No problem>" Is there a way to stop this second email from happening?
