That means the controller's operation system can't boot completely. There are a lot of reasons why and in most of the times can't be fixed by the user. Try to unplug the network cable and do a boot again. If same result, please considerer calling for assistance. Normally the technician will load again all the firmware.

WC 5735 does start and not compleete the initialazation it stop at the xerox sigle and not thing hapend it bloks and in order to stop it we need to switch the power off
