I have gone through the user guide and am not finding what I need. I just bought a used Nuvera 120. The factory paswords do not work at the login screen. I am unable to retrieve the changed passwod. Is there a way to do a complete factory reset on the unit?

This document can be obtained from any Xerox CSE that is servicing your Nuvera Product Family.
I have attached the English version here for Nuvera Software Versions 9.3 and 10.3.
This should cover your Nuvera 288 System.
