I have spent 40 minutes on the phone, 2 seperate calls that are STILL unsuccessful. I need to order a drum. Is anyone at Xerox smart enough to do this? I dont want to talk to anyone else, or hold, or be transferred, or call another number...unless it is to HP to order a new machine.
The tech I spoke to said it has something to do with the supplier. If we knew who the supplier is, we could order directly and bypass Xerox altogether, which is not a bad thing in my opinion. Having us phone in is a COLOSSAL WASTE OF MY DAY. Give me a website any day.
When it comes to adding several serial numbers to one account, Xerox can do this for you.
The support for your country can help you with that.
They can also delete the account for you if not possible otherwise.
Anyone have trouble ordering metered supplies? Logged in, entered supply order, hit submit but itnrefuses to place order. Keeps saying I have to enter my name, which is already there, enter my phone #, which is also already there. Tried contacting webmater, what a waste of time. Told them what was happening. Told me to go to the ordering page to order online. 2nd email told him that's where the problem was. Told me to enter my information on the ordering page. I question what Xeox considers a webmaster.
Any ideas? Am thinking of deleting my account, and starting up a new one.
Set up account online but only capable of listing one serial number. How do you add other serial numbers? Also, why is only toner available online. We are required to call an 800 number to order waste toner cartridges, corotron, etc. Why not place all supplies on website and have the capability of adding multiple serial numbers? It is not convenient to order only some supplies online when you have to order others via telephone.
