I have been in touch with support, the distributor has been in touch with support - they are just taking days to come back with a pin that i need. its starting to get very frustrating having a printer here that we can't use.

You will need to contact support for more assistance. Since you purcahsed it use I'm going to guess you do not have service for your device. You may want to find an Authorized Service Provider in your are for more help.

We have just purchased a used printer - a ColorQube 8570 that was a returned item.
It's asking for a PIN for metered Ink. As far as I know we are using unmetered ink but either way we would like to use the printer. Is there any way to reset this pin?
