If not already done, you could try a software reset at the machine, here's how:
Log in as admin
Machine Status button
Device Settings - Test and Reset and do a Reset.
Machine will reboot
If problem still there, there is a strong possibility that the software is corrupted somehow. A Service Rep will need to go onsite to investigate further.

When I put the IP address of our 3635MFP in my browser I get errors. The machine works fine, but I want to update some functions and the address book. I have tried on XP, Vista, Win 7 and Win 8 machines. Worked fine when I installed in March, but now just get garbage on page and some tabs. Anyone run into this? fixes?
