Hi kaika313,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. I am not seeing an updated software on the product support page for the Phaser 6128.  You can confirm that there is not a newer version by contacting support.

Phaser 6128 - Firmware upgrade

Hi,

 

we are using a Phaser 6128MFP with firmware 200811141259.

Is it available a newer firmware for this machine?

I cannot find it in xerox.com and guess if it is available from somewhere else.
