Was able to find my toner levels using the CentreWare Services. The only problem I encountered was that the IP address shown on my Confirmation Page was one digit off from the one shown on the printer, but was able to resolve that issue and find the toner levels. Thank you so much for your help, CherylO.

Hi MSuter22,
Thank you for using the Support Forum. You can check the levels from the CentreWare Internet Services.
In CentreWare Internet Services, click the Status button or tab then click the Supplies button this will show the amount of remaining in each toner cartridge. But to see the information in the display try powering off and back on to reset the printer. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
I have a Phaser 6500 printer that I am trying to determine whether I need to purchase more black toner. I am using it with an iMac running OX 10.7.5 and I can see the color levels in the System Prefs-->Printer-->Supply Levels but when I click on the Supply Levels icon, I get a "No information available" message. And where do I find the level of black toner since it doesn't show up on the Supply Levels icon? Any help would be appreciated.
