When I connect to the web interface, the Properties area on the left side of the window is blank. No way to access any of the related settings. So far I have:
So far printing is normal.
Also had a fuser end-of-life warning, even though there are less than 1000 prints on it. Changed fusers, still had the error. Was able to reset the fuser warning with the fuser reset.ps file.
Is there any kind of reset or reinstall that might correct this web interace issue?

Just a thought, Clear Internet Cache from browser and Java. Basic stuff, but its worked for me in the past.
It quite literally only works in Internet Explorer, It has been this way for at least a year, I don't know if new firmware will/has fixed it because I don't have a model I am allowed to update (I don't support the printer).
See this, Firefox > Chrome > IE, exactly the same printer on the same PC at the same time, only IE works (Edge does not work)

Thanks for the tip. Would have never guessed....stopped using IE years ago.
Even MS suggests we stop using IE, and some orgs are already asking users to retire it. What's the point of a web interface that doesnt work with most web browsers?
Anyway...glad to have access at all at this point. Come on Xerox, you still sell this printer!
