But -- how do you clear the message on the printer that says the Waste Cartridge is at end of life?
One of the steps after changed the waste cartridge is to clean the Imaging Units LEDs, have you also done this click here for the steps. If you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.
I have a Phaser 7500DN. It's been telling me to replace the Waste Cartridge. I did that today, using a new Xerox cartridge.
When I look at the SUPPLIES page in the printer menu, it tells me that the waste cartridge has 5% room left. I have a new cartridge installed. How do I reset the printer so that it knows (and reports) that the Waste Cartridge has been replaced, is empty, and ready to go?
