You will need to enter the Diagnostics Menu for this.

I do not know the exact price but its really expensive.

Maybe someone else has the knowledge in this?

Thanks for the quick respone. Wiring looks okay. Problem occured after a potential power surge due to Powerstream shutting down the area for a pole repair, although the printer is on a surge protector bar.

How do I run the diagnotic test mentioned and do you have a rough idea of the cost of a printhead?

This unit is no longer sold by Xerox. Any suggestions as to what this message means.
