PowerShell script to set black and white/grayscale on Xerox Phaser printers

I'm not aware of a script that will set the copiers for black and white. You can certainly go to each installed print driver and default it to B/W. You also have the option of locking out all users from having access to the color. This can be enabled within the User Permissions menu in the copiers web gui.

Even if I get this worked out, something like Adobe will come along which will totally ignore whatever color preferences are in your windows queue and print in colour anyway, madlad of an app it is.

We manage a large number of Xerox printers, is there a script to set the printers to black and white printing?

The only alternative way is to manually going to the devices and printers > printing preferences > image options > tick the box "Xerox Black and White conversion"

Any help would be much appreciated.
