I have shared your post with our Technical Support team and they recommend you contact them at 1-800-821-2797 with your PrintSafe serial number (not the printer serial). If the use your PrintSafe serial number when calling in, you will be directed to the appropriate support team for this software.
When I try to add a new Print Server after installing the PrintSafe Software I get a "There was an error processing your request or the system was busy. Please try again later." I made sure they can see/ping eachother and permissions are set.
