You can try programs for create printscreen with automatically printing on printer. There are many in the internet
Sorry, I don't think I am understanding you.
As seen in the screenshot it actually shows exactly where it will go by default, you can choose anywhere to put it by clicking on "Browse" or just tick the box to put it righ on the desktop. The icon will actually be the screenshot and it is called "Screenshot.png" If you save more in the same place it will just add -1, -2 etc etc.
Yes, we can get it to "print screen", and have saved it in many areas, but we try to print and can't find it.
Does the keyboard not have a "Print Screen" key? The Freeflow Print Servers all just run Solaris for an OS and when you hit the "Print Screen" key it should do a screenshot and ask you where to save it. This screenshot is exactly that on a Freeflow running version 7.
I can't find this anywhere....

How do I print the screen on our freeflow?
We get several lines of data overnite, and I have to write down the job number so I can verify the job in text editor.
If i could skip the step of noting all the jobs on paper, it would save some time.
Thanks!
