im facing issue it was working smooth on my iPad Pro when it was running on ios 10 however as I have updated to ios 11.3 whenever now I am opening the app it only loads a blank screen on the start up and crashes after a while automatically. How do I fix it?

System requirements for the Printback Agent is as following:
Mac OS® X 10.8 and above
Microsoft® Office 2003, 2007, 2010 required to print Word, PowerPoint® and Excel® files
Apple iWork® ’09 required to print Pages®, Keynote® and Numbers® files
Which means on 10.7 and lower you can not use the agent, you can however still use the printback app to send documents to your dropbox.

The following link will take you to the Drivers & Downloads page on Xerox.com for Xerox PrintBack.
Make sure you select the correct Operating System from the drop down.
Under Utilities it identifies that the Xerox PrintBack iOS App can be downloaded from iTunes App Store.

I own a Xerox Workcentre 6015NI and was researching about options to print documents from my iPad. I found out about the PrintBack agent, but I could not find the download link for a Mac OS X 10.7, even thought this pdf (http://www.office.xerox.com/latest/SO1BR-51.pdf) indicates a 10.6 and 10.7 compatibility. In the downloads page the agent is only available for OS X 10.8 and 10.9. Is there a way I can use PrintBack with my Mac? Was it ever available for OS X 10.7, and if so, why isn't it available anymore?
