I have tried configuring 2 Xerox Phaser 5550 printers to send out emails when toner of drum is getting close to the end of its life.
This can be set in the Usage profile and MaiLinx Alerts sections.
I only set the MailLinx Trigger Settings for:
"Toner Empty or Missing"
"Other Replacement Part Empty or Missing"
Despite this, messages are still being sent out for events like:
"Tray 2 is empty"
"Tray 3 is missing"
"The paper supply in Tray 2 is low"
I'd like for emails to be sent out for whenever toner and drum are nearing end of life and engine failure. Is thee any way to ensure this?

Please take a look at the MaiLinx trigger settings and make sure that you only have checkmark on the items you want to be alerted for, there should be no checkmarks on the other items. Then make sure that you select save settings at the bottom of the screen. If this does not work please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
