Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the MaiLinx trigger settings and make sure that you only have checkmark on the items you want to be alerted for, there should be no checkmarks on the other items. Then make sure that you select save settings at the bottom of the screen. If this does not work please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.
