I have a 8560 Phaser printer and it suddenly has the printer fan running constanly and never fully goes into sleep mode. I have tried changing the sleep time, turning the printer off completely for several days, etc. Nothing has changed as far as computers or anything else. What could be causing this? It's only used ever few days but I hate to keep turning it off. Thank you for any suggestions!
