Printer got resetted after relocation, cannot scan to PC or do network scanning
Product Name: ApeosPort-III C2200
Operating System: Windows 10 x64
Our office just did a relocation 5 days ago and after that when we connected the printer to the network we are not able to print or scan anymore. Also the settings have been reset. I have managed to re-setup the network printing but scanning is still a problem. Followed the guide and googled online but to no avail. Can anyone pls help?
