That device is a FujiXerox product so I am not familiar with it, but I would recommend redownloading the driver if you haven't already tried that.
Our office just did a relocation 5 days ago and after that when we connected the printer to the network we are not able to print or scan anymore. Also the settings have been reset. I have managed to re-setup the network printing but scanning is still a problem. Followed the guide and googled online but to no avail. Can anyone pls help?
