Your printer is on the network, but it's not showing up on the Xerox Print and Scan Experience screen. It may also not be recognized when you are using software like Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and others. I had to put the primary link to Wifi, then I was able to see the IP on the home page, and the printer shows online on my user's application.

I was having issues with Workcentre 6515 not giving me the option to scan (it continued to show "offline"). So I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and now it doesn't show the printer on the " Xerox Print and Scan Experience" app. I can use the printer if it i9s connected with the USB but other than that, I can't do anything else with the printer. can someone please chime in on the issue?


Did you find the solution,  i am having the same issue.

Hey Owen 121, 

Yeah, that was a pretty simple fix. On the home page, my device IP was showing 0.0.0.0 because the printer's primary link was set to LAN, and I was using WIFI. Top of my head, in the connectivity menu, I had to put the primary link to Wifi, then I was able to see the IP on the home page, and the printer shows online on my user's application.

I searched our online knowledge base and found one article on printer offline messageIf you are still having issues after trying these steps, I suggest that you call into our support department for assistance @ 1-800-821-2797 or 1-800-835-6100.

Product Name: WorkCentre 6515
Operating System: Windows 10

I was having issues with Workcentre 6515 not giving me the option to scan (it continued to show "offline").
