I was having issues with Workcentre 6515 not giving me the option to scan (it continued to show "offline"). So I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer and now it doesn't show the printer on the " Xerox Print and Scan Experience" app. I can use the printer if it i9s connected with the USB but other than that, I can't do anything else with the printer. can someone please chime in on the issue?

Yeah, that was a pretty simple fix. On the home page, my device IP was showing 0.0.0.0 because the printer's primary link was set to LAN, and I was using WIFI. Top of my head, in the connectivity menu, I had to put the primary link to Wifi, then I was able to see the IP on the home page, and the printer shows online on my user's application.
