Here is a link to the electrical specification for the printer, your client will need to make sure that the power outlet being used meets these requirements.

Printer power consumption

Product Name: VersaLink B405 Multifunction Printer

Hello everyone,

I was at a clients today that were having issues with the printer's power consumption. While the printer is powered on (idle), the lights would flicker every 5-15 seconds. After powering off the printer, the flickering would cease.

The client is located in an old building (1960's), and they had an electrician come out to take a look, and they had narrowed it down to the printer using a higher voltage. My question is, has anyone else experienced this issue, and how did you resolve it?
