Re: Printer says "Check PrimaryNet"

I had the same problem, but it was related to Wifi

Re: Printer says "Check PrimaryNet"

I have this same problem.  The instructions provided by Xerox [Article 2096079] referred to in this answer do not apply to my situation as my primary connection is a wired Ethernet connection.  Hence, directions about how to set WiFi as the primary one are not helpful.  HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS ERROR MESSAGE?  WHAT IS CAUSING THIS?  Is the only option to obtain a resolution to this problem to pay Xerox for technical support?

Printer says "Check PrimaryNet"

Product Name: Phaser 6510
Operating System: macOS 10.13 - High Sierra

I just installed the driver and its WRLS NETWORK ADAPT, but I cannot print.

It says: Ready - Check PrimaryNet

It won't let me use the arrows either to move to Admin or such.

Would anyone please help me?

Thank you in advance!
