Problem with XCWW and Xerox WC M123

Dear colleagues!

I did nothing, but the MFD has started reporting data to XCWW (except for GetIF queries .iso.org.dod.internet.mgmt.mib-2.interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifPhysAddress (.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.6)  -> still no data). 

This is miracle! :-) I think the problem is solved, thanks for attantion!

Unfortunately there is not any other options that I am aware of.  The machine is over 13 years old and I do not expect any updates to the firmware on the machine.  Please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

XCWW Quick Device Discovery reports the following:

NOT COMPATIBLE: The target printer does not support the Xerox CentreWare® Web required MIB-II (RFC 1213) 'ifPhysAddress' object. Please ensure that the latest available firmware is installed on the target printer

Firmware update doesn't help.

GetIF reports:

SysDescr -> Xerox WorkCentre M123;ESS 1.236.2,IOT 21.46.0,IIT 11.7.6,ADF 10.3.0

.iso.org.dod.internet.mgmt.mib-2.interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifPhysAddress (.1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.6)  -> no data

What else can I do?

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Consider upgrading the to the latest version of the Xerox CentreWare Web software if you have not already done so.  If upgrading does not clear the issue please consider contacting your local support centre for additional assistance.

Hello!

My XCWW can't poll one of Xerox WorkCentre M123 in our network. The MFD has the same SNMP-community configuration with remaining devices and I can obtain data from it by means of GetIF. What can I do to resolve my problem?
