Problem with persistent error code

Product Name: Xerox Workcentre 7845
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have a Xerox Workcentre 7845 which is persistently showing an error: "The toner waste container is not installed correctly" (I believe this is fault code 009-925). The screen sometimes shows "Reposition toner waste container (R5)". I have repositioned the waste container many times, and also changed it for a new one. However the error message still comes up whatever I do. Can anybody help me with this please?

Hi,

 It could be a dirty sensor. Power off and unplug the machine from power outlet. Remove the machine right cover, the wastw container and the waste container guide (this one have 4 screws) and clean the 2 sensors mounted on waste container guide.
