Hi Loriahr,

Thank you for using the Support Forum. The 5575 is not a machine available here in the US so I am not familiar with the address book you are referring to.  Please search for the information you need at the online support pages for Fuji Xerox.  If you are unable to fine the answer please consider contacting your local support centre.

Public Address Book

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Hi there, 

 

I am new at my company and trying to figure out how to work all the machines we have. The Public Address book in the 5575, what is the purpose of that file? For example, can those folders receive a fax from anyone, anywhere? Or is it just designed to be able to scan something in from the work station and go to their file folders?
