Either the motor is dead and needs to be replaced, or the power to it is shorted

You would need a service manual to delve into the issue, and even if you can source one online in pdf (Xerox only sells them to authorized repair persons) you would very much still need a background in electronics repair to fix anything assuming you could source the parts needed.

Hi, I've quick question,

I have and old Xerox DocuColor 4 LP and when power on it shows U3-5 error there is no information on line for this particular error on this model and unfortunately there are no technicians here in Mexico that will service this particular model, can some one help me?
